The customer may return any item purchased from Role Clothing as long as the products do not contain any damage caused by the customer. In these cases, Role Clothing will refund the purchase price after receiving the order in one of our stores.

Role Clothing guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer was delivered by mistake by Role Clothing, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer.

To process the return, write to us at orders@roleclothing.com indicating your order number in the subject and a brief explanation in the body of the message so that the logistics department can contact you as soon as possible.
